Rivera is a strategic advisor, leader and lawyer with a global perspective. She brings more than 25 years of business, legal and leadership experience to the firm. In this newly created role, Rivera will integrate trust, compliance and business strategy at OneTrust. She will work with OneTrust’s growing community of customers and partners to help position trust at the heart of business operations.

An executive with a proven track record of delivering meaningful business impact through business and enterprise development, Rivera has spent more than 25 years building trust within organizations spanning technology, healthcare and consumer products. Most recently, Rivera served as President of Strategy, Business Management and Chief Legal Officer of HP Inc., where she led corporate strategy and business development, customer support, corporate functions and global legal organization, including all aspects of legal and governmental affairs. , brand safety, compliance and ethics. Earlier in his career, Rivera held leadership positions at DaVita Healthcare, The Clorox Company and Rockwell Automation.

Rivera is known as a strong and outspoken leader with a passion for developing people, teams and culture in organizations. She was appointed to the board of directors of Thomson Reuters in 2019 and to the board of directors of Cano Health in 2021. She has also held several nonprofit board positions, including California Latino Community Foundation and the Denver Metro Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Currently, she is Chair-Elect of the Board of Directors of the Legal Diversity Leadership Council and is a Senior Researcher and Board Member of the American Leadership Forum of Silicon Valley. She is an advocate and frequent speaker on diversity and inclusion (DE&I) in business and the legal profession, focusing on women in leadership.
