Neil nguyen has been appointed Managing Director of MediaMath. Mr. Nguyen will lead a winning business and product / technology program. Delivering an effective digital media buying proposition and driving a return on digital ad spend for customers and ecosystem partners will remain the primary focus of the company, supported by a growth-oriented employee experience. Founder of MediaMath Joe zawadzki will support Mr. Nguyen as an advisor and champion of the company’s mission and people, as well as the broader industry in which it operates. Konrad Gerszke will step down as president to pursue other opportunities; Mr. Nguyen will assume these responsibilities in his overall direction of the company.

Mr. Nguyen is a proven leader with over two decades of senior management experience in advertising technology and media, including former CEO and President positions at DG and Sizmek both in public procurement and with of private equity sales in 2014 and 2016 respectively. Mr. Nguyen has been at the forefront of managing businesses through strategic and technological transformations and strategic transactions. Most recently, Mr. Nguyen spent several years as a Global CDO at Havas Edge, with responsibility for digital media, programmatic trading, analytics, data science and technology for his linear media practice and CTV based on results. He brings a multi-faceted perspective on the advertising ecosystem, not only as a leader in Ad-Tech companies, but also from an agency and marketer perspective.
