It was vintage Dior for Maren Morris, who arrived in this unique asymmetrical piece from the fashion house. From the funky neckline and lace-up detailing to the button embellishments and scalloped hem, this dress was filled with unexpected twists, but ultimately landed among the duds of the night…although we did love these strappy sandals. straps with which she associated it!

Flawless! Carrie Underwood wowed the ACM Awards with this shimmering silver design from Dolce & Gabbana. The halter mini dress featured a criss-cross style strap at the top and a sweetheart neckline, all adorned with beautiful sparkly sequins. Complete the fabulous look? Super strappy matching sandals.

Lady A’s Hillary Scott scored a fashion hit with this hot pink pantsuit. We loved the fit, the way she wore it without an undershirt, and the tailored pants. Make it even bigger? Her fabulous shoes! Then discover them…

G is for Gucci! Hillary Scott added these killer matching Gucci heels – check out that gold heel! — to her hot pink pantsuit to cement one of our favorite looks from the star.
_
Country queen Dolly Parton arrived sparkling like a superstar on the blue carpet. The icon – who is also the host of the awards ceremony! — rocked this high-necked, long-sleeved design with a metallic bodice and a sparkly black maxi skirt with peep-toe pumps for the big night.
_
Jimmie Allen knows how to sharpen a country rug! The singer arrived in this sleek silver leather suit by Ivy Hahn and added an unexpected twist when it comes to styling coordinates – a black mesh top underneath! We enjoyed the style risk, and how he added a hat, silver chain and black heeled boots by Alessandro Vasini.
_
It started so strong! Mitchell Tenpenny looked sharp in a tuxedo jacket, dress shirt and black pants, but when it came time to accessorize, he rocked it all with a baseball cap and sneakers.
_
Wonderful! Tenille Arts looked like a princess in this electric blue ball gown. The off-the-shoulder Njomza Uka design featured a sweetheart neckline and a full skirt, with a thigh-high slit, for maximum glamour. And we loved how she added a pair of matching blue sandals to complete the look.
_
We’re used to country men being flippant, but really, Chase Rice? The singer wore a white t-shirt, jeans and boots with an unbuttoned denim shirt and distressed leather jacket to one of country music’s biggest nights!
_
Carly Pearce looked lovely in lilac in this Vera Wang gown. We loved the strapless design in the pretty pastel hue, and how it featured a thigh-high slit and a full skirt that culminated in a train. Pairing it with silver Jimmy Choo sandals was also a fabulous choice!
_
Despite the center cutouts, we found Kristin Cavallari’s LBD to be quite boring. The Mugler piece featured a halter-style neckline and a super high center slit that showed off her matching black Stuart Weitzmans, but this look was a little too sleepy for us at the Vegas show.
_
Obsessed! Brittany Aldean rocked this killer mini dress in a vibrant purple hue at the ACM Awards. The wife of Jason Alden’s bodycon dress featured a long sleeve on one side and a bodycon cutout on the other for balance. Along with the dress, we also loved how she paired it with light lilac sandals.

Tenille Townes always dresses to impress at country events, and the ACM Awards were no different. The singer wore this chic black pantsuit – look at those sparkly pants! – with a blazer and a bralette underneath.
_
Yawn! We weren’t a fan of Mickey Guyton’s ACM Awards look — this strapless black and silver number. But while we didn’t love the dress, we did appreciate those phenomenal pointy toe pumps she rocked it with.
_
Check out this dream dress! Brittney Spencer chose this pale pink and peach tailoring, with a massive floral detail at the waist and a tiered, feathered skirt and sheer puff sleeves, for a seriously sweet fashion statement at the ACM Awards.
_
Cassie DiLaura took a risk in this bold all-over print jumpsuit. Did it pay off? We’re not so sure. The essentially head-to-toe look featured a bright red floral print fabric that represented too much in the long-sleeved, full-length silhouette.
_
Another star matching the blue carpet? Ashley McBryde, who donned this cute one-shoulder blue confection with ruching at the waist in a pretty silk fabric.
_
Blue is also for boys! Thomas Rhett arrived in this bright blue suit, which he complemented with all black – a shirt and undone boots – for a stylish ensemble.
_
Brooke Eden stunned in this dreamy mermaid dress, with its spaghetti straps, plunging neckline and full skirt that culminated in a wave of ruffles. We loved the rich teal hue and how she paired it with beachy waves

Ouch! Blogger Courtney Shields showed off another dull black dress on the blue carpet – this silky halter-style number with a thigh-high slit. Despite the attempt to liven it up with dark green sandals, this one was a boring fail in our book.
