Sweet Doe Dairy in Chelsea, Vermont is a start-up dairy farm run by two New York City transplants, Michael and Lisa Davis. They raise goats and make goat’s milk ice cream. Queen Allotey-Pappoe said she creates wearable art for the everyday woman. Her brand, Queen Adeline, specializes in sustainable designs and Allotey-Pappoe enjoys educating women about their fashion choices. Colors appear on her pieces and most of her designs are convertible so customers can wear them multiple ways.
