In a recent article by Bleacher Report’s Chad Ford, the writers discussed the likelihood of players like LeBron James, Kyrie Irving, and Kevin Durant being traded during the upcoming NBA season.
Ford said that there are many possibilities for players like the Warriors, Cavaliers, and 76ers to be dealt during the 2015-16 season.
He said that he would have a hard time envisioning a player being traded in this scenario.
He also stated that there were many more players that could be traded.
He added that if a player were to be acquired by the Warriors that he might be a good fit for the Thunder.
The Warriors have been linked to many players throughout the offseason.
One of the most notable was Andre Iguodala.
The Warriors, who are the reigning champions of the Western Conference, are currently second in the Western Division with a 47-30 record.
If the Warriors were to land the Oklahoma City Thunder, they would have the fourth-best record in the NBA.
If a player such as James was to be moved, the Thunder would be a better fit than the Warriors for the center.
However, the Warriors could also use a point guard like Kevin Durant if they were to trade their star center.
The Thunder have the eighth-best point guard record in league history.
